2 weeks to get the Data Room ready for a proper Financial Due Diligence. 2-3 weeks to work along with the Financial DD Team and resolve their queries on a timely basis. Steps are as below:

    Step 1

    ·         Detailed introductory discussion with the entrepreneur about his/her business, the stage of his fund raising.

    Step 2

    ·         Information Checklist to be sent to entrepreneur – requesting information / documents. (This checklist can either be provided by SeedUp OR we can refer to the checklist provided by the DD Firm - if available, by then)

    ·         Entrepreneur to arrange for the information / documents as per the Checklist

    Step 3

    ·         SeedUp team to review each information / document critically – identify gaps and modify/correct it, wherever needed.

    ·         Few rounds of interaction with the entrepreneur & his team members

    ·         Ensure the Data Room (virtual as well as physical – if needed) is up & running.

    Step 4

    ·         Access to Data Room to be shared with the DD Firm

    ·         Queries of DD firm to be resolved in the best possible manner in consultation with the in-house team of the investee company

    ·         Draft Report (key highlights) to be explored & discussed with DD firm – before finalisation

    ·         Arranging proper reply to queries of prospective Investor, if any (on the basis of Final DD Report)
